When a user completes a course, they are presented with a completion message on the course home page that congratulates them for finishing.
However, Curatr offers you the ability to take this a step further with the addition of a course completion certificate, awarding them with a digital certificate (as a PDF) that they can download and take with them as proof of completing your course.
Adding a Certificate
Admin Area > Your Course > Settings > Certificate
Begin by uploading your certificate to Curatr using the Browse button to go into your file browser.
Once you have chosen and uploaded your certicate, you are then able to view it to see if the auto generated Username and Completion Date text are in the correct position.
Note: If you don't want to show the Completion Date on the certificate, you can turn this off by unticking the Display checkbox under the completion date settings.
In the settings shown below, you can adjust the font size of the text, their position from the top of the page and their alignment.
Viewing Your Certificate
Once a user has completed the course they will be presented with a message, contents set by the Completion Options box below Certificate, that allows them to view and download their certificate.
You can also view your certificate in the admin area course settings by clicking the View Certificate link to the right hand side of the Browse button (shown below.)
To remove the certificate, tick the checkbox Remove Certificate located below the browse button and then press the SAVE button at the bottom of the panel.
