In order to create your email templates prior to sending them you should:
- Ensure you are in the correct course.
- Click on 'Emails'.
- Click on 'Templates'
- Click on 'Add Template'
- Compose your email. The 'Name' field is purely for your reference in Curatr, the 'Subject', 'Content' and 'Sender' fields will all be visible to the recipient. If you wish to include a link to the course within the email (always advisable), you should select the tick box.
- Click Submit - you've now created an email template ready for sending.
- If you wish to edit a pre-existing email template you should click the pencil icon that is associated with that template.
