Inviting Your Users Into A Course

Once you have enrolled your users in a course, you can, if you wish send them an invite email:

  1. Ensure you are in the correct course.
  2. Click on Emails.
  3. Click on Invite Users.
  4. Enter your email subject header and craft the body of your email.
  5. Tick/untick this checkbox if you wish/don't wish to send a 'password reset' link for new Curatr users. Our advice would be to leave this ticked.
  6. Enter a name showing who the email has come from.
  7. Choose who you wish to send the invite email to. You can select a Group, selected users or everybody. There is a also a search function to help you quickly identify the right people.
