Enrolling Groups

It may be that you have a pre-defined, existing 'Curatr group' of people that you wish to enrol on the course. Ideally you should link that Group to the course when you create the course - but we all forget, or perhaps the Group didn't exist when the course was created.

Here's the process to enrol a Group onto a course:

  1. Ensure you are in the correct course.
  2. Click on Enrollments.
  3. Click on Enroll Groups.
  4. Select the correct Group from the drop-down and 'View this Group'.
  5. Click on 'Select All' (or select named individuals)
  6. Click on 'Enroll Selected Users'.
