Changes for Admins
Organisation List Enhancements
Admin Area
When viewing the organisations overview in Curatr (click your organisation's name at the top-left), you can now see the number of Active Users. This allows you to quickly know the amount of users that are enrolled in at least one course - per each organisation.
User License Report
Admins can now get a snapshot overview of all the user licenses currently in use within their Curatr instance - including within child orgs with the new User License Report. You can access the report from the organisations list, by pressing this button:
The report gives administrators a way to easily see the total number of seats an organisation has for Curatr, the total number of users currently set-up and the total number of seats that remain available within the organisation - essentially providing a comprehensive license tracker for administrators. Changes for All
Terms & Conditions
New with this release is the ability to set-up Terms & Conditions that users (including Admins) agree to prior to accessing Curatr. The text of your organisation's Terms & Conditions can be set-up in Admin Area > ORG Settings > Terms & Conditions Panel on the right-hand side.
After you've written and saved Terms & Conditions within the admin area, users will be prompted to view them in a variety of scenarios. For more on those scenarios, as well as detailed steps on how to enable this feature, please visit the Terms & Conditions overview article.
Inside every course's settings page, there is a now an Allow users to unenroll from course checkbox inside of Display Options. This allows you to control whether or not your course participants will be able to unenroll from the course. By default, new courses will have this box unchecked.
One of the most frequent issues course creators face is their banner images not displaying in the same way for all course participants. We've now added a new course layout option in the Display Settings section of a course's settings:
This new option will center the banner image, and as you can see from the GIF below, help to ensure consistency across multiple different display sizes:
Bug Fixes and Other Changes
This release also addresses a number of issues for both users and administrators, improving stability across the Curatr platform.
