Changes for Admins
We have added the ability for course admins to choose certain enrolled users to be excluded from all of the course's leaderboards. This means that once a user has been opted out, they won't appear on any frontend leaderboard for that course, or in the admin area's leaderboard report.
To opt a user out of a course's leaderboards:
Course Admin > Enrolments > View All
- Locate the user you wish to opt out, either by using the search function at the top of the page, or by scrolling through the listed users.
- Tap the pencil icon at the right-hand side of their entry.
- Tick the Leaderboard opt out option in the box that appears:
- Press SUBMIT
In the Course Admin > Enrolments > View All page, we've also added the ability to select multiple users for certain actions, near the bottom left of the page:
Expiry - Sets a date for enrolment expiry for all selected users.
Reset - Resets course progress for all selected users.
Delete - Removes the course enrolment for all selected users.
There is now a new section at the Organisation-level settings called Emails, for the use of Organisational admins. The purpose of the organisation emails page is to enable admins to send email templates to anyone within the organisation, without them needing to be enrolled to a specific course.
Organisation emails are split into the same two parts that course emails are:
Templates lists all course templates belonging to your organisation.
Any templates added here, will be classes as "organisation templates" - meaning that they will only be accessible within these organisation-level emails pages.
Send Email is where you can select organisational templates and send them to any users in your organisation. To send Course Templates, you must navigate to the respective course's email settings, and send from there.

Profile page revamp
The user profile page has been re-factored into three tabs: Profile, Courses and Badges:
Profile lists the user's details such as a summary, location, websites and skills.
Courses lists all recent active courses which the user is enrolled to. This is only visible if the profile the user is viewing is their own.
Badges shows a grid of all available badges for the user and the user's progress towards each one.
These templates will also be listed, editable and delete-able on this page too.and Send Email.
