Users are the people that have access to your instance of Learning Locker.
Creating a new User
To create a new User:
Settings > Users
- Click the + Invite button at the top-right of the page.
- Enter the user's Email address and then click Send Invite.
- The user will have now been sent an email with instructions on how to log into your Organisation, and set their password for the first time.
- Fill in the user's Name and set their Organisation Role.
- Optionally, you can set a User Filter to limit the data that the User will be able to see after logging into Learning Locker, beyond the limitations already imposed by their Role.

Deleting a User
If you no longer want someone to have access to the current Organisation, you can delete their User:
Settings > Users
- Find the user you want to delete, either by using the search function at the top of the page, or by scrolling through the listed users.
- Now, click the Delete button
on the right-hand side of the bar.
- Then, Confirm that you really want to delete the User from the Organisation, or Cancel.
